The Satanic Sluts were formed in 2003 as way of expanding the Redemption Films website. There was no master plan or grand strategy, in fact the only criteria was that the women joining the Satanic Sluts should be creative, sexy and into the darker side of life and that the pictures they submitted should push theirs, and the viewers, perception of eroticism and the satanic as much as possible. 

Within six months we had some 60 or so Satanic Sluts and the girls had been featured in the UK rock magazines Metal Hammer and Terrorizer, film titles like DVD World and Bizarre and on the cover of the UK's official Church of Satan publication Rule Satannia. In fact with so much activity we decided to create a night club where horror fans and the Satanic Sluts could meet and, if the girls felt like it, perform on stage. The club was called Black Mass.

Black Mass, like the Satanic Sluts, was launched without any particular objective other than to be fun and to run for no more that 12 nights over 12 months. Most of the Satanic Sluts who performed had little or no experience and just tried to combine sex and horror into a kind of Gorelesque show. The result was mayhem!

Two venues, both in London's Soho, banned Black Mass before the club had even opened with the result that Black Mass relocated to a third Soho venue, this time a transvestite showbar called Madame Jo Jo's. The Satanic Sluts opened with a crucified nun being raped and ended with a police raid and a third club ban...

Two more venues and numerous outrageous later and Black Mass and the Satanic Sluts had established themselves as a phenomenon whose success lay not in their shocking shows but in their sense of anarchic fun. For the Satanic Sluts embodied the best of exploitation cinema: nazis, nuns, vampires, witchcraft, and so on and mixed them into an explosive brew that made every Black Mass night a true event and it was fitting that the last ever Black Mass was to end with a Satanic Slut appearing on stage dressed in a full burqua and exploding... 

Within two more years the Satanic Sluts, now with over 400 members, had become a household name in the UK. They had been mentioned in Parliament, on TV, in newspapers and almost brought down the BBC after the sexual exploits of Satanic Slut Voluptua, aka Georgina Baillie granddaughter of Fawlty Towers actor Andrew Sachs, with the English actor, comedian and now husband to Katy Perry, Russell Brand, caused national outrage.

It is that sense of creative chaos and sexual anarchy that Redemption Films and the Satanic Sluts will be bringing to the pages of Satanic-Sluts.com. Featuring only the top and highest ranking members of this true black order they will be shedding clothes, skin and morals to create truly awesome displays of visual visceral.
