The Satanic Sluts are individuals, they join as an individual and leave as an individual, but in between they are an individual within a group of individuals, the Satanic Sluts. Each applicant accepted for membership of the Satanic Sluts is allocated a number and her location will determine which Satanic Slut region or country she will immediately belong to. 

Currently there are two overall Satanic Slut Kommanders, Ivy Midsomer and Sabrina 666 who represent the UK and the Satanic Sluts worldwide.

The plan for the UK and US is that both countries will have either a single or joint Kommander, then each country will be divided up into districts or States and as members increase so each State or district will then get its own Kommader answerable to the main Kommander and so on. The aim of the Kommanders is to help recruit new Satanic Slut members and when applicable to help further promote the Satanic Sluts and so on. Satanic Sluts in these countries will be issued two triangular patches, either Satanic Sluts United Kingdom or Satanic Sluts United States. They will also get a patch designating their district or State, for example: Satanic Sluts London or Satanic Sluts California and so on.

Other countries, like for instance France, Italy, Spain, Japan where currently there are only a few Satanic Sluts, will not get local Kommanders until membership in their country exceeds 30 individual Satanic Sluts. Satanic Sluts in individual countries with insufficient members to warrant local or regional Satanic Slut areas will be issued country patches only, for example Satanic Sluts Japan or Satanic Sluts France.
